Find another dentist that will not try to rip you off!
Aspen Dental in Carrollton does not seem to care about long a patient has to sit and wait for an appointment. I was called the day before to verify the I knew the date and time of my appointment. Apparently I need to call the Aspen Dental office to verify that they know that I have an appointment and that they know the meaning of the word "appointment ". After wasting 1.5 hours of my time I had to leave. I doubt they even care. Had it been the other way around, they would probably try to bill me.
2 appointments cancelled in a row due to over booking and I made these appointments 4-6 weeks out. This place is too busy and it affects their clients. Time to find a good dental office after my pre-paid service is done. Loved my dentist tho.
