Aspen Dental is a circus. I had a 5:30 appointment and it's now after 7. They can't seem to get my lower dentures right even after at least a dozen visits to have them adjusted. Save yourself some time and headaches and go somewhere else!
this place is not good and the staff is pretty rude
I went in because my permanent retainer was coming unbonded. They told me they could help me. I sat in the dentist chair for over an hour just to be quoted for a $400 cleaning but not quoted for the actual reason I was there. I was then told they couldn’t help me. Then I was told they could do it but I had to come back in the morning. I paid $115 the next morning to get it bonded. Less than a week later it has come unbonded already. My mom visited Aspen Dental to get a variety of issues taken care of. They quoted her a price of over $5,000, which is completely crazy when you consider what was being done, but she agreed to pay it since it had to be taken care of. She needed a bridge first off and it took 3 appointments to get her one that worked. It fell out after 2 months and she walked into the office on a Friday when it happened and asked someone to help her. I am very scared of the dentist but I felt no pain. The equipment was faulty n the appointment long but I'll go back
They are in Deltas network so cleanings are included. If no insurance they can be as little as 20$ for that. It's there that the problems begin. The staff rotates through,so who's there today may not be there ever again. So they cannot be held accountable for term consequences. They can leave you hanging in the middle of a project. Delta has one specialist within 50 miles I don't recommend. They have "dropin" specialists. Are they still students? So they are polite, funny, available today. I had an old crown break, they did get me in the same day. That temporary crown lasted three days. The next one lasted two days (which came off on a Sunday and I called the emergency number and it took 18 hours for the dentist to call me back) and the third lasted 13 hours. Find yourself another dentist.
Very expensive made appointment to have a tooth pulled and only got teeth looked at and wanted to make another appointment to pull at over 800 to take out 5 teeth no thanks I will go to my regular dentist
