You'd think if the procedure you had done not even a year ago failed, they'd do their best to accommodate you and get you in ASAP. Instead they ignore your voicemails and make you wait two weeks for another appointment. Poor phone manners and communication.
So far our experience has been awful. My husband waiting for extractions for over 3 hours. He had a appointment at 10:30 and we didn't leave there till 2:45. The whole procedure only took 30 minutes but the dentist made him sit and wait for 3 hours before anything was done. and once finished he wasn't even given what he was told he would receive! Not happen at all, especially with the amount of money we have ALREADY spent!!!
I have chosen Aspen Dental due to their late hours that are more accommodating than taking off of work or my daughter out of school but this time around I am done! I had a filling (on my right side) taken care of Friday (1/6/17) at 11 a.m. I was out of the chair by noon and on my way. I was instructed to call if I still had pain once the shots wore off, if my bite was off, if anything didn't seem right. I was a new patient November 2015. Had to come in twice to get my cleaning. The first time was an evaluation I think and the actual dentist saw me for 5 minutes tops. The cleaning happened on a second visit and it was the shortest cleaning I've ever had. I'm not sure if this 2 visit thing is common at other dental offices, but that was my first time experiencing that and it's annoying to have to take time off work twice to get a cleaning. Do not waste your time going to these people. $100 for X-rays when the website CLEARLY states that new patients are charged $20. WTF. I'm so pissed off that I wasted my time for them to confirm what I already knew- I'm poor. Thank you for humiliating me like that. ������������
My wife's experience was terrible. 5 visits for dentures and today, on what was to her final fitting, they ground the bottom plate down to the point it was virtually non-existent. She told them she wanted a full refund and was told she would have to talk to the manager tomorrow. When they call I hope it's to tell her to pick up her refund.
Terrible experience. Got an appointment fairly quickly. Called and gave office my insurance info and got registered before appointment. Got there and wanted one tooth fixed. They said they wouldn't fix it without doing 3 other things and would only give me an invoice for a total treatment plan that was $5,000. Charges are way higher than usual and customary. First time patients, and we had to wait for one hour to have our x-rays (poorly) taken, and another hour for them to tell us that the hygienist was not available and we had to wait a month and a half to have another appointment to see her. We immediately took our x-rays and went for another practice. These people are as bad as it gets.
Appointments were at 5 & 5:30. We so far didn't get seen until 6. Waited an hour for the dentist to look in the kids mouths for 5 min. Been sitting here now for 20min waiting for the pricing lady.
