I broke a tooth the night before spring break in March. My regular dentist was on vacation, so no help there. I called another dentist in Mahomet, no help there as they were also on vacation. So, I called Aspen Dental. Everything seemed fine. Friendly, professional staff. I had to have to broken tooth pulled. I would never recommend this place. my son went to the dentist for a cavity and his front tooth and was charged $1,000 for a filling and a free toothbrush, God's honest truth. the receptionist Mary is a little witch totally unprofessional and downright rude. my son's tooth is loose after paying all that money and when I asked them about their satisfaction guarantee policy money back guarantee satisfaction policy I was informed that it's the case by case which is misrepresentation in itself. Go somewhere else. They will drop tools on the floor and keep working in your mouth that causes infection that causes uncontrollable swelling that sends you to the ER. I've had to contact a lawyer due to the situation as Aspen Dental doesn't want to own up to what they did.

There is personal care given to patients who are seeking advice and consultation regarding their dentures. Keep in mind that people who have full dentures are not under normal services. I broke me lower denture and I contacted your office to merely ask if I could get it fixed, and I was very disappointed with my response. Then finally when I made an appointment and brought it in, a chart with prices for new dentures was put in me face. The denture was fixed, handed to me, and that was it. felt like I was being drained of every both me and my insurance company have! went in because a single tooth was hurting, but we needed to take a panoramic x-rays? seriously???? then I had to get a gum exam before seeing the dentist???? now can't just get a filling, need a whole root canal with crown??
