My 80 year old mother had tooth pain and needed to have an extraction. We scheduled an appointment with Aspen Dental for 9:15am the next morning. When we got there, on time, they had us in the waiting room for 15 minutes. At 9:30, they called my mother back to do a full set of X-Rays and sent her back up front. More waiting. 0/10 is what I would have rated them if that was an option. Speaking from my own experience, I would highly recommend if you need anything other than a cleaning to go somewhere else. I had the most awful experience with my 3 crowns. In this case you really get what you pay for and then some. After 13 total visits for continued problems with temporary crowns popping off, gum inflammation, and a LOT of pain I finally managed to get the "permanent" crowns put on only to have them pop off one by one months after they were placed... read more

This place is a joke!!! If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! All I can say is run!! This place is ridiculous!! The office manager needs to be reminded what HIPPA is! She could also take a class in manners as well!
I would love to know why I was told the exam and xrays were going to be $19 for an infected tooth which I paid in full and now I'm getting a bill with a extra $10 attached for xrays that I wasn't told were going to be extra or given a choice on the matter. I absolutely will not be paying for it. You got the money that was owed. Absolutely would not reccomend this place.
I went to Aspen Dental for three tooth extractions and a partial plate. The extractions were horrible. Continued heavy bleeding long after coming home. After 16 months with my partial, it cracked. Went back in and was told it was only a 6 month partial. Was also told they could look at it but first I had to pay $130 for x-rays and an exam before they would look at it. I walked out!! So the $2000 partial plate I have is worthless after only 16 months! NEVER going back!!!!
Just received a bill for their so called $19 consultation saying I have to pay them another $55 for sitting in their chair for 20 mins. I never even had work done there because the manager told me I'd have to pay in full before he'd even make me an appointment, which sounded like scam tactics. Then I read reviews on their business confirming they are horrible. Now a month later I get this bill...wtf!!!! Stay away from this place..don't even call them for info or you might get a bill.
My son went for a cleaning and xray that was supposed to be $19.00. According to Miranda, after that was done, he also received some other services that my son did NOT ask for. Joe than had my son sign up for some type of credit care for $600 with a 24.99% interest rate! The $600 would be the balance after insurance kicked in. When I asked Joe if my son was given the opportunity to pay the $600 upfront/out right, I was told NO because it was in the best interest of the CLINIC for him to go with the loan! Get the people in and out in a reasonable time. I had the x-rays and medical report and that waited 40 minutes and never saw another staff member. All I wanted was a tooth filled. They take all day to do any work. The last time I was there for 5 hrs. This time I walked out. Never again will I go back.
