Unbelievable pain - they wrote an Rx for Ibuprofen, which the dentist said would alleviate my pain; it did not. Still throbbing. They aren’t set-up to handle dental emergencies. Even with an appointment, I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and then 20 to 30 minutes to see a dentist. All for him to send me driving to the pharmacy for ibuprofen, which I had plenty of at home.
no I would never recommend this place.. wish I would have done more research before I had my 82 yr old mother go her and get 17 teeth pulled they were very pleasant and eager to get 3500 from her and about 2 week after she had an issue with a bone shifting and they refused to make her an appointment was told its a corporation and appointments don't work like that and it is just swelling she needs to keep her regular scheduled appointment. what type of medical/dental surgeons office can't see emergency

I'm only two months behind on getting my teeth cleaned. I had to change dentists over a problem, I do not want to disclose. I just needed my teeth cleaned, and impressions made of my teeth to get a partial. By the time they were done, I have now got, periodontal disease, swollen, and infected gums! I've been seeing one of the best dentists in Charleston, with over 30 years experience. I'm sure, he would have treated me for it in the beginning! Update- the work I had done just fell off of my tooth less than 2 weeks after I had the work completed. Worse outcome than I thought and completely embarrassing. I was to get my tooth fixed up to match my other front tooth. The issue was that the filler on it was too dark after having been there to fix a chip for roughly a decade. I paid for whitening and went to several visits as recommended all in prep for the best outcome. I had my hopes up. I went to Aspen dental back in 2019 to have a bunch of work done to my teeth ! oh I then proceeded to have a root canal and crown done like he suggested said that the tooth is able to be saved! went for my appt. after confirming this morning that id be there. The lady on the phone confirmed told me she would see me at 3:30. I walk in at 3:15 the lady behind the counter said we gave your appt to someone else we cant see you! I can reschedule you...ummm nope Ill give my money to a more professional dentist that keeps my appointments! So no I wont recomment their service!

i scheduled an appointment months ago, today is friday and it’s this coming monday. they call me at 11 and tell me to call and confirm my appointment otherwise it’ll be cancelled. they close at 1. i don’t get voicemail til 3:30. they’re closed the rest of the day today, saturday, and sunday, so they gave me 2 hours to respond or cancel my appointment. now i can’t respond because they’re closed and my appointment that i made months ago is cancelled. i’m pissed.

absolutely will not recommend this dentist or Dr. Cost to anyone I know and will discourage anyone I know from ever going there. They simply do not care about their patients. the receptionist was extremely rude and said 'I'll just have my supervisor call you" instead of trying to help us get the issue taken care of.
