8 weeks to get an initial appointment, they pulled out a filling and wouldn't see me for 2 weeks to redo the filling and then charged me $15
Was quoted 130 for a tooth extraction, after paying that amount I received a bill for even more money. The office says I was quoted the more expensive price which never happened. No one told me the price!! So I will find another practice for all other needs.
Absolutely loved the clinical staff. They were great! However, the billing staff has little to no knowledge or training with insurance or coordination of benefits. It has been an absolute nightmare! Though the clinical staff is amazing the billing has just been ridiculous. Luckily, I work in insurance and understand the process otherwise their error would have cost me a bundle...
