Terrible customer service. They are all about the money. They get you in there an get to the end of the service and don’t want to finish. Didn’t even ask for the procedure. Got talked into it. Once they got everything done and let me leave. I’ve got problems with the work done and now they want me to wait 2 weeks to fix it. Stop taking new patients until you fully take care of current ones. Unacceptable in my opinion

My family member has had a horrible experience with this company. She has been dealing with this for over two years. Unfriendly, unorganized and poorly managed. It’s was very clean. That’s as far as positive feedback goes.

we went to charleston friday and after my husband had his 16 teeth extracted we voiced concerns his denture didn't fit properly... "that's normal he will swell" we got home and he could eat or drink. we called the "on call number" which isn't even to a office in wv.. i was on hold for over 40 mins.. had to hang up and call back.. no one called us... i called again saturday morning... we were told .. again that's normal call Monday. I had to apply fixodent to the top pallet to get them to stay in just so he could eat soft foo... read more

I got my top teeth extracted Friday or last week. Denture would not fit. Called this morning because I can’t even eat soft foods they say they won’t do anything for 3 weeks. I DO NOT suggest going to Charleston go to barboursville! They’re so much better than Charleston! Charleston office needs shut down! Will never go to that office and will Continue going to barboursville

What terrible customer service! We confirm by email, confirm by text, then show up to the appointment to find out it'd be canceled because they didn't speak to us personally. The next time we called to confirm only to be left on hold forever. Definitely NOT worth the time or hassle!

The Clerk at Aspen Dental "Showed me to The Exit" when he said I didn't have Dental Insurance. As a matter of fact I gave someone at the office my insurance information and did a Call Back to the office in Charleston to Verify we were "Good to Go", They assured me we were. To Double check, I personally called my Insurance Company The Night before my Appointment and was told everything was A-OK. As Aspen works with my insurance company, I could use 100% of my plan if needed. I will Look for Another Aspen Location.

I change my tune about this so call dental company. Very unprofessional, never returned my called. Left 6 voice mails, not a real person to talk too. I have more complaints, but I will let inquiring customers to look at their Google reviews. Dr King seems a decent professional but the people working there left too much to be desired. If I go to a health professional, I need you to be that professional not trendy, toothy hypocritical smiles and comments.
