I went in for an evaluation and because I had an abscessed tooth. They gave me an antibiotic, told me all my teeth need to come out and be replaced with implants or dentures, and that I would need to pay 50% down on the extractions before I could be put on the schedule for surgery. They didn’t fill out ANY of the paperwork for Sedgwick so that I could get paid by my employer- I had to go to my doctor for that. I read about 24 hour dentures and that’s the reason I chose them. I go and they let me know I will have 4 visits at least and the next visit will be 4 weeks later in October. Wish would have went to Affordable dentures would’ve completed in one day. Took 6 months to get appointment. Lost my husband 2 days earlier and it was so hard to do but appointment because didn’t want to wait another 6 months

I was told that I would not get the fillings I needed until I had a “ gum treatment “ that cost almost 700$. All my life I have had a teeth cleaning as a first step not a gum cleaning. Also the fillings were going to cost around 400 each. That is double what the other dentists around our charge as their highest price for the very worst cavity. I understand theses are trying times. But my niece made an appointment for the same day dentures I have to drive here and it is a little over an hour drive. After first appt she was told due to COVID they could not do The 30 day dentures so has approved in a week bring her once again and this is not right or this is wrong come back next week. I tried to get a appointment in Charleston and the couldnt get me in until 2 1/2 mths later, so they scheduled me for the barboursville 2 weeks later office and after fighting traffic for over a hour and 30 min and me calling updating them on my progress they cancelled my appointment with me sitting at the light in front of their office! I will tell everyone to avoid these people!

When the appointment was made, the lady on the phone said that they can provide dentures in 24 hours and they did have a 395.00 denture plate. Appointment was made at 8:30 am. At 8:15 the front desk said that the lady for dentures was on a conference call and would call us later, here is a flier for you to look at and she will make an appointment with us when she gets time. This office is NOT welcoming to walk ins and emergencies as their sign indicates. Fiancé had an abscessed tooth and they couldn’t give him an appointment until January.... three months! Luckily we were able to get into a local dentist who took care of him immediately. I would not recommend aspen dental.

My experience at Aspen Dental was like being in a time share pitch. Yes, your first visit is free, but they will try to upsale you everything from cancer screenings to toothbrushes to Invisalign. (The video I had to watch before my exam could begin used scare tactics to suggest crooked teeth can lead to numerous health diseases) I was there for over an hour before they even told me IF I could get a cleaning. They advertise same day dentures but forget to tell you that your first appointment is only to go over pricing and with my appointment they didn't even have the right name. Right address but had it in my husbands name. Not sure how that happened since I made the appointment and explained I was edentulous and needed fitted immediately. I had just had all teeth removed and surgeon wanted me fitted in about 6 weeks, which is when I made the appointment for.
