Aspen dental in Claremore Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. First of all when you call the office their recording states that their lab is on site. However, they failed to mention that they do not do partials on site. So, after two appointments were canceled since the partial had not arrived, I spoke with the manager, Rebecca, she informed me that it was being held up in customs in Hong Kong.!! Absolutely awful experience. Confirmed 3 different times with myself and my ex husband about a root canal for our 9 year old daughter. I took off work, drove an hour, and cancelled a guaranteed appointment for us further away - only to be told when we showed up at 9 this morning after driving an hour that they can’t do root canals on 9 year olds and that we’d have to turn around and drive an hour home because their office manager is an idiot. The staff are all nice, but some deceptive practices are used. Be sure you explicitly say you want or don’t want a service or product. Otherwise, they will submit it to your insurance without verifying your approval.

Shady business practices!
The only thing positive about this visit was Dr. Hind, the provider. He was extremely gentle and very kind. The staff, however, was either rude - dismissive - or intentionally intimidating with scare tactics to try and sell dental services. I have a dentist that I see regularly, but they couldn't get me in for an emergency. I went to Aspen for an extraction for a broken tooth. They wouldn't do the procedure without putting me on (and pre-charging me for) an extensive periodontal cleaning program which required a high d... read more
