Made an online appointment for 7:30am today. I took the morning off work. Drive from Lewisburg to Columbia for the appointment. They didn’t have me in. Told me they had an appointment at 10:30am. Figured I drove the whole way, took the morning off I’d do it. The computer wouldn’t let them do it and said instead they could do 1pm. I lost money from taking off work, fuel, and time. I do not recommend them at all.

I was first told they took my dental insurance so I made my appointment because I need my teeth pulled & dentures. When I went in, they then informed me that they didn’t take my dental insurance but I went ahead and paid my $20 for the initial exam & xrays. The doctor was very sweet. She told me the plan which was going to be a 6 month journey she said. I had quite a bit of cash in hand to pay. The office manager printed it out & the total was $17,880. I made an appointment. I arrived timely for my appointment. I was told I'd have to wait because I didn't confirm my appointment. I was never advised appointments had to be confirmed. this was not my first appointment. I din not receive a phone call text or email asking me to confirm my appointment. I arrived timely for my scheduled appointment like an adult. policies such as all appointments must be confirmed should be clearly explained and clearly posted.

worse place to go a dentist and they don't help people and charge for x rays supposed to be free and lied about payment plans and don't recommend lying dentist to nobody

I wouldn't recommend Aspen dental because they charge people for x rays and supposed to be free and denied people for payment plans

The ladies were nice but I have NEVER sat waiting for soong for something as simple as a check up. 1.5 hours waiting and still hadn't seen the Dr. That's sad. We can also talk about the layer of dust covering everything in my exam room.

my fiance just come home with the roots still in her gums after she went to have 1 tooth pulled. they pulled 3, left the roots in one and charged her more than double. no medication or anything.

This place is unclean, lacks professional and the office smells horrible. My children will never go to this dentistry. Take your family to Columbia Family Dentistry.
