very expensive for a cleaning. had a cleaning 6 months before going to aspen. they said I had gum desease no mention of it from my former dentitest.

Dozens of x-days, bulky huge thing in mouth cut up my mouth....after waiting an hour and a half I finally left....never saw a doctor. Very unimpressed and disappointed, HUGE waste of time.....

family and I went to Aspen Dental over the Christmas Break. WE have a regular dentist in Franklin TN and thought we would go local because we live in Columbia TN. I asked to have a 6 month checkup and cleaning for myself, my daughter and my husband. I went back and they took so many X RAYS! My mouth was cut on inside from having that bite wing put in my mouth over and over and over. (keep in mind my family and I have our teeth cleaned every 6 months.) Needed a tooth pulled was in soo much pain and wouldn't do it til after the year first visit is just to talk about why ur in pain which is not useful if ur not gonna fix the pain
I had a horribke experience!!!!!!! They didnt listen and i ended up finding a way better dentist in columbia!!!!! Aspen does not return calls my partial was all jacked up in my mouth and broke instead of fitting me for perm partial they wanted to "fix it" whatever
Aspen dental gave horrible service to my aunt Katherine brown. They refused to process her paperwork and the dentist did a terrible job. My aunt got her money back after calling corporate. Customer service was a negative 10 with confrontational disrespectful employees. I will use local dentists as this new company is garbage
Pretty bad when you can't get a dentist to return your call over the weekend for an emergency!!
