wish I would have read all these reviews before my wife went! She went to have dentures made said her insurance would pay $1000 she would need $2036 cash, that was fine until she gets a call from a bank in Texas saying she is 3 payments behind on her bill (that she has not received) and she will be turned over to collection if a payment is made. FFD a week later and she goes to the appointment and said you did take out a loan you might not have known what is was but it's a loan for 1400 more dollers. Bunch of crooks that tak... read more

they left me in the chair for the longest while they went to get the office manager. I had to ask a girl if someone was coming back to get me. the office manager came back and said I needed all this stuff done and when I asked about just a regular cleaning she said I didnt "Qualify" for that. they wanted me to pay 1900.00 right then and make appointments for later one. I think not! I have never had a bad experience at Aspen Dental until today! talking to my mom she said a few employees were yelling and fighting at each other... read more
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A “DENTAL COMPANY!” NOTHING BUT CROOKS!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT BAT AN EYE!!!
Over booked with patients, long wait times, after 5 days still waiting to here from the office manager on my options and prices. Will find another dentist to handle my dental needs.Seriously would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst experience with this place!! I was referred to them for in office whitening they told me it would be 299 and I had been to other places that were going to be way more so I was like heck sign me up for a consult well after making the appt for 2 weeks out I received 3 texts asking me to confirm my appt in which I did, I then get a phone call 2x asking me to confirm, and reminding me to arrive early for paperwork.and then I get called 3x to give them my insurance info,my birthday and my moms social and me to arrive early... read more
This is the worst place on earth to go to and they will sign you up for stuff without your consent also bc they tried telling me that I got a loan out with them in which I didn’t and then tried saying that I had to pay them on it so I called the manager and he said oh well you still have to pay it and your a liar so I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO NO ONE AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THEY DONT EVEN EXIST OR SUCK AT THERE STUFF WORST PLACE ON EARTH.
