They were very rude to my 77 year old grandmother called her a liar and tried to say they didn’t make her teeth. She left there very upset because of how they treated her!! 😡

Not have someone leave in the middle of their visit to come back in an hour and be more easier with your x-rays. Not rushing to get them done that you don't care about patient.

I had bad experience with the jokers that work at aspen. I am 70 years old and disabled. They gladly took my cash but have failed to deliver a quality product that I can wear for only two hours before having to remove because of the pain I am experiencing. When two people grab ahold of your mouth and over stretch it I had to fuss at them because of the pain. I paid way too much money for a second class product. They have little respect for the customer if you don’t just lay there. They need to be sued for abuse to the elderl... read more

We went in with cash in hand to pay to have four teeth removed that had been bothering me for a while now, once we got back there and told them they tried to sell us on everything under the sink. It was going to be 7000 dollars! Everyone was really nice but when you go in to have teeth pulled and was told you have to pay ur bill before they do anything you get a little irritated. Needless to say I still have tooth pain and my pliers are looking better to me!

I looked on there website for a rough estimate for Elizabeth to have some new dentures. I priced a full set of dentures in the best ones for 1204.00. I told them we didn't have insurance and I planned to pay cash. Paid in advance for X-ray and consult (20.00) and afterwards we were consulted by Dr. next we were taken to the office manager for price quote. Kat told us how great the dentures were and all about them. I asked her to give me a total price on the new dentures. The price was 3400.00. WHOW!!! I told her I had been o... read more

Went in a few years ago for a cleaning & x-ray special, and a filling. I was encouraged to sign papers to pay for $3,5000 bridge where a tooth is missing in back (unrelated to visit). Today I discovered when getting a crown next to the tooth they “fixed” that they didn’t give me a filling. It’s black underneath whatever they covered my tooth with & wasn’t done properly at all. I don’t have another cavity on that tooth that worsened it. It was improperly done. Stay away.

Fine place to have teeth pulled. I initially went in for consultation on dentures and even with my insurance it still going to cost me $7500 out of pocket? Definitely not getting them here
