silly people had me wear a mask for no reason when I am healthy. when I pointed at several employees without a mask, they made excuses. Dental Sheeple brainwashed by Media and disregard surgeon generals take on masks that they are pretty much useless unless you are young, or compromised.
scheduled an appointment for 2 pm for my elderly dad. they left at 4 pm after setting in the parking lot and not being seen. I understand covid 19 requirements but don't over book if you can't handle the load. First and last time I considered them.

Switched to Aspen because I wanted a provider closer to where I live and work. Biggest mistake ever. I went on my day off. I hardly ever take days off from work and had lots of other things I needed to get done. Expected to be at dentis 90 minutes tops. Unless I was having serious work done, no cleaning has ever taken me longer than that, even as a new patient. 1 out of 10 would not recommend. Everything was wonderful at first. Quick care and friendly staff. After care is rendered and paid, do not expect to have the same experience. Aspen will not make you a priority. If you are in pain expect to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. If you are seen for said appointment, do not expect to see a doctor as she is too busy to see you while her family is visiting the office. They hung up on me I requested xrays to be sent elsewhere. They were extremely rude. If you go there be sure to get a copy if your xrays before you leave.
I wouldn't send my worst enemy here the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. The finance lady had a terrible smart mouthed attitude its ridiculous. If we would have received accurate information on the phone or when signing in we never would of kept the appointment. Whatever you do avoid this place at all costs they only care about the dollars at the end of it and their office staff needs a lot better training.
My insurance company called, set up 2 appointments, 1 evaluation and one for a surgical tooth extraction as I had already seen 2 other dentists. After my exam, which was great, I was told I had to pay for all proposed work before the surgery even that not related to the surgery and they wouldn't honor the second appointment for surgery in May, I couldn't have an appointment in May as she is the only one who could possibly schedule the surgery even though I already had proof of an appointment. I can’t believe anyone would give this place 5 stars. I never do this. Ever! I feel as though I need to this one time. These people are so unprofessional and disorganized. Had X-rays done and the tech dropped the plastic tray that goes into your mouth on the floor... picked it up and wiped it off with a Lysol wipe. 😳😳😳 then they proceeded to tell me I needed a “periodontal deep clean” that I couldn’t just have a regular cleaning. I enjoyed my visit. The staff was great. They were really nice and professional. The only complaint I have is how long I had to wait. My appointment was at 9 and I showed up on time. I was not called to the back until 9:59. That was ridiculously long to have to wait. Completely unacceptable. I was about to leave and schedule an appointment somewhere else when they called my name. Other than that, they were perfect and I look forward to going back. *I will not be waiting an hour this time though*
