Smh! The whole front office relating to insurance claims are off beat! I am a dissatisfied customer! My experience with the front office was terrible indeed.

After reading this in another fb group, I decided to cancel my appointment... I am a dentist, and worked for Aspen Dental for over 7 years. I’m no longer associated with them. Went for a broken tooth. left with the same broken tooth a 5k treatment plan including invisalign for a smile that I have had all my life. Spent hours in a chair to only have x rays done, see the wonderful hygienist who was very nice and calming. The dentist was nice also, but I feel like I was not helped as i left with the same problem i came in with, and now a fear to smile since I was told I needed invisalign. Where do I even start. I’m new to the area. Called to schedule a cleaning. I was happy to hear they would bring me in the following day. Sounds too good to be true. When I arrived, they took a series of X-rays after I told them my dentist took x-rays 2 weeks ago to compare from 5 years ago. I can get them. They were like no it’s ok. X-ray lady was nice. Once I got done they took a 3D scan of my mouth. I was then told I’m a perfect candidate for Invisalign which would run me $3400 after my insurance covers their portion. The ... read more

I had the most horrible experience at this establishment. I was scheduled for a cleaning but after I got there, they did a series of unnecessary diagnostic tests then told me I was not scheduled for a cleaning that day. I have never even had a cavity and simply needed a cleaning because my long time dentist could not get me in until after the first of the year. They wasted 2 hours of my time. Consumer BEWARE of this particular location. I have called numerous of times to discuss FRAUDULENT CHARGES placed on my credit report. I was billed for service I did NOTreceive, it was a promotion an advertisement that brought me to Aspen Dental. I Never received the free cleaning but yet my credit report showed collection. This is absolutely the worst dentist office I've ever been to! Firstly, the initial visit, with no procedures performed, took over 3.5hrs; seemingly due to over booking. The antibiotics prescribed to fight infection in an abscessed tooth, did not work; despite every dentist in my past telling me they couldn't remove a tooth while infected, this dentist wanted to remove it, rather than prescribe stronger meds.
