I would like to give this place no stars as they are scammers. My fiancé went in for a consult for dentures and was told he couldn’t have dentures that he had to get implants because of his bottom jaw. He has no dental insurance and the cost of all this work was close to $10,000. So we got a second opinion surprise surprise he can have dentures his jaw is just fine. Not a great experience. I went in to see about having a crown cemented back in, X-rays were done, the hygienist examined me the dentist examined me he told me everything that was wrong... not once mentioning the reason I was there he looked again after I said why I was there and quickly said no it cannot be cemented back in. I was herded into the finance office where she told me the high amount of money they would charge for the work needed. Not once did I feel like a person, just another wallet. Horrible experience.

Would no longer recommend this place after going for years. Had 8 visits over a 10 week period for my permanent comfi-fit denture $2000. After all sorts of mistakes I get the permanent today. They try to make it fit. First pinching then too loose. Then all four front teeth have bumps and digits that look like deep blade marks. Dr says they can "polish" them out. This office ruined my front four teeth and then refused to give me the funds necessary to fix their mistake . They gave me 1,100 to fix a 6,000 mistake . I wrote to the President of the company numerous times to even get that . I now have a wonderful dentist who knows what he is doing . I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU THINK TWICE before letting this office do ANY work in your mouth !!! They do not care about the patients , I gave them NUMEROUS chances and begged them to do the right thing. I called the over night service on 1/17/16 because the last quarter of a gross moler broke and left my root exposed, tryed to tell the lady I'm out of state and in serious pain ...no Dr called me at all , after an hour and 20 mins the answering SVC lady called to tell me the doc will see me in Concord NH.... Thanks for the phone call from the on call doc , the one I never got ...HORRIBLE

I will start by saying something positive.. The x-ray guy Perfecto was amazing, the only positive thing I could possibly say about my experience with Aspen. Went in with tooth pain, had an exam/x-rays, got an antibiotic and was told I am in need of a root canal. Its now going on 3 weeks since the visit, and here I am in pain again and still no call back, even after calling multiple times and stopping in. Absolute worst dental experience of my life. I will absolutely be going elsewhere.

This was the worst experience my husband has ever had. They scheduled the wrong surgery for him and were basically astounded that we were upset. No consultation was ever done and after driving an hour told us to see an orthodontist. Not to mention that the office was dirty, loud and some of the instruments in the office were uncovered. Yuck.
