Aspen Dental is a greedy company, charging for dental work that is not needed and over charging people by huge amounts. I will be contacting the BBB and Dental Association. that have no business running a Dental business. Nothing but a bunch of crooks and very greedy.

After they confirmed my insurance and I paid my part $479.00 on my first visit just needing a simple crown for one that cracked. This dentist has had 3 crowns made for this one tooth none of which fit. Today I went to get the latest crown put in and they demanded $1331.30 before they would install the crown. They said my insurance had never heard of me and denied the claim. On my insurances portal it shows no claims have been submitted.l tried to talk to the rude office manager who yelled at me that I was an entitled person ... read more

Even after confirming my appointment by text, I took a day off work just to be told I couldn’t be seen because of a computer issue. Everyone told me to avoid this company like the plague, I should have listened. Absolutely horrendous service.

I waited an hour to be seen and when I got back I had x-rays done. I waited longer. I finally had a dentist come in for a minute and he left. I needed a partial and a tooth extraction. I think i ended up staying 3 hours. I just kept getting the run around, I went to the office in Niceville and it was like day and night. MUCH better staff and Dentist. 1 star from me.

The staff was not available. After waiting 45 minutes to even be acknowledged I explained what my problem was. I had a dental emergency, abscess and I am immune suppressed. Their door says they take emergencies but I was informed that they didn't have time to see me after waiting for over an hour. Definitely the rudest office I have ever encountered. Would not recommend anyone go there.

They had a visiting dentist in and I was having pain and he said he didn't want to prescribe me any pain meds since he didn't want to be listed on the narcotic database. I had to call Corporate again then and they got me in to see another office. The dentist at the other office had no problem ordering me pain meds. This was not the only issue I had with Aspen Dental. When ever I tried to contact the office for assistance after having teeth extracted, could not get anyone to answer the call. I left a few messages and never... read more

This dental office could care less if a patient needs help. On the first visit you will be lulled into a false sense of caring from all the staff. A treatment plan will be presented to you by the office manager. If you can't afford the entire amount that day, her demeanor changes and begins to treat you like a leprous pauper. Make sure that you don't have a dental emergency while you have a treatment plan in place. If you do have an emergency they will schedule an appointment for you but refuse to help you once you get there... read more

VERY Disappointed! The sign on the door said they were open from 7 AM to 9 PM, and Emergency Walk-Ins Welcomed! I arrived early, about 8:15 AM to fill out New Patient information, and the doors were locked. The door was unlocked at 8:30 AM. The receptionist (dressed very professionally), did nothing to make me feel welcomed (a New Patient - 1st Impression). I was given the forms to fill out and return, and not another word was said to me. The Assistant/Nurse called for me, and did everything she was supposed to... read more
