Had an appointment at 4pm today June 11,2018. Aspen called me this morning and said they had to reschedule me for 230 today. I live 50 miles away I work till 2pm I was running late and I called at 2:10 pm and let them know that I was going to be late. They said in quote “ok we will see you when you get here!” I get there at 2:47 pm. Walk inside and the woman at the front desk told me I would have to reschedule because they have a 15 minute window. Literally the worst business I've ever had the displeasure of going to. Not only the worst dental place, but the worst business. Here is my story with Aspen Dental: So I called, and spoke to the receptionist who set up my appointment, I was going in as a first time patient. She ASSURED my that my dental insurance, Delta Dental, would cover ALL costs of my first visit, as it was just the first time patient checkup. STILL IN DISBELIEF; WOULD GIVE THEM A -1 RATING IF I COULD I went to Aspen dental on April 2, 2017 for the first time I had recently switched dental insurance and my dentist I have been seeing for years did not take the new insurance. I called Aspen dental and told them that I needed a six-month teeth cleaning and not saying that I wouldn’t get my teeth cleaned they set me up an appointment. I was pleased to get an appointment so soon. When i arrived, i explained my situation to the tech. I have been diagnosed with cancer, and the oncologist wanted a tooth extracted before he started an additional chemotherapy. Otherwise, i was fine. A million x-rays later, i was told i needed work on the tooth i was there for, a filling for another tooth with no cavity, two or three other procedures, a $135 toothbrush and special toothpaste and mouthwash. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours before I was ever called back. Then waited another hour in the exam room, finally the nurse comes in and looks at my teeth then 30 minutes later the doctor comes and looks. Overall I love the doctor but it's not worth the the 3 hour wait.....

Let me start by saying I was very impressed when I made my very first appointment I was able to get in the same day. But that’s about where my impressed views of this office ended! I was told I would need a crown and give him a treatment plan is scheduled for an appointment to come in and have a procedure done. After taking off of work and waiting to see the doctor that morning a different dentist came in and told me that they would not be able to do the procedure I would need to see a specialized doctor to get a post create... read more
