Wish I could give zero stars. This will not be our dentist anymore. Husband has been waiting almost 2 months for a root canal retreat (first root canal was done by Aspen), two rounds of antibiotics and now they tell him they can't do it in January either. Disgusting, thanks for taking $8000 from us and treating us like crap.

I did not like that my first appointment took 3 hours to called back just to get xrays/exam. Then to go to a sub waiting room, then get called to go over an action plan that you were not aware of. I did not get my cleaning and they wanted to arrange a gingivitis cleaning I did not know about! I said I don't have gingivitis nor did he say so! I asked if I could arrange my cleaning and a filling on the same day and they said no.

The facility is very nice but the price is outrageous for treatment and I had another individual doctor quote the same treatment for 800 less.

My first visit was very good. Dr. Holden put me right at ease. I had extractions, new uppers and partial for bottom. Needless to say the amount , paid in full , was substantial. I have not seen a dentist since extractions , a different person on 2 visits after work done. Yesterday some adjustments were made on partial, don't know who I saw. When asked what's next, I was told to come back next week, you can just come in or make apt, but call for appt. as front area very busy. The assistants and dentists were awesome! Unfortunately Jessica in billing refused to act mature or admit to any mistakes she made, while being unable to do basic math. Continuously telling me wrong information as to a balance I don't owr with card payments to prove it! My insurance then called Jessica and told me what she is trying to do is illegal ( they can't forward a portion of a bill owed from insurance to the patient) and could not get in touch with the office manager Miranda either. I don't rate companies but this business is a complete rip off. I had to change dentist due to family illness and when I return to my family dentist who has a thriving successful practice he told me in no shape or form did I need a deep cleaning and now months later they want more money. It's about money not your dental care.
