Awful company. Their dentist fucked up my crown, they refuse to fix it, they screwed up the billing too and expect me to pay the difference. Go fuck yourself.
I called to see how much for dentures. was told $399 per plate, so decided to make a appointment. Had a very good appointment, very timely. Went to do next step, to make impressions, was told the total cost was $2,800.00. Was not happy!! I ask about the price I was told---oh, the dentist said I needed the "comfort fit" dentures. I said NO, I wanted the dentures I was told for the price I was told! Go tomorrow for the impressions, for the price I was told. Will write another afterwards.
Most staff members are great, our cleanings were no pain and through. But as we were sitting in the waiting area, the receptionist gave out another patients info so loud to the provider that anyone in the room could have stolen Amber *******'s identity. So I'm wondering about my info now. There are HIPAA laws against what was done and what we and 2 others heard.
I don't like them just assuming the $30 charge for Fluoride without asking you if you want it. This resulted on a $30 charge to my Discover which took 10 days to get the refund.
