I have issues with cavities so I dread the dentist! This group of people made the experience so much better!! They are working with me to fix the issue, and the process of everything is so much better than I've ever had! I would recommend here to anyone and everyone!!
My first time at Aspen dental, was last night. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. They don't sugar coat anything or try to get more money out of you. They explain everything, so you understand what they will be doing. They keep to their word. This is by far the best dentist I've been to.
I've been here multiple times and love this place! Ryan who works at the front desk is really nice and is good at explaining coverage. Dr. Niv is super awesome and knowledgeable. I've gotten cavities filled and she was really good at numbing the area with minimal pain. She also saw that what she thought was a cavity from the X-ray actually wasn't, so she saved me some money that way and shows me that she's honest.
NOT affordable and Scam artists. like many other reviews, my daughter went there in pain and they claimed she had this horrible infection and needed $6000 with no insurance for a deep cleaning to get rid of infection and pull a tooth. So of course she said no way she can afford it and they don't even send her home with antibiotics, must not be to bad of an infection and must not be concerned with keeping his dental license. Is this what they taught you in dental school?
I'm NOT a review writer but this is enough. This organization is single handedly THEE worst dental office, bar non, hands down, without competition. Piss poor communication, piss poor ability, piss poor customer care, piss poor procedure, piss poor everything! DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN A CLEANING!!!!! My oldest daughter went in for a check up and wisdom teeth removal. I’m very disappointed, they wouldn’t give me my regular completely free covered by insurance cleaning, instead they insisted I needed an out of pocket $600+deep cleaning that’s more than I’ve EVER payed for dental work and I’ve had multiple root canals. I’m going to continue driving an hour to the family dentist I trust who’s taken great considerate care of me for years with no problems. DONT waste your time
Will never go back to this place. They told me i needed to pull all of my teeth. Went and got a second opinion, and what do you know! I don't! Just shows you how money hungry they are
I have had an ongoing struggle with these people totally ripped me off on partial plate They have had to be replaced more than once and still dont fit or work correctly. I went to the owerns and corprate bad people to deal with If you do have to go there GOOD LUCK
