I was expecting to get a cleaning and that didn’t happen, they kept pushing their deep cleaning. I used one of my two cleanings from my insurance on that. I don’t recommend this place
quit ripping people off!
I thought I would give you a try. I was told my gums were infected and I needed deep cleaning and antibiotics under my gums. I also needed 5 teeth pulled a d partials on top and bottom. $3500. After my insurance. I went somewhere else today. My gums are not infected, I had a routine cleaning. I need 1 tooth pulled ( it is cracked and I knew it had to be pulled) and 2 cavities. Total after insurance $54.00. NOT HAPPY!!!
It's a sham. The Rockford, Ill., uses a switch & bait method to get you in.
I just wanted a routine preventative cleaning the kind you get every six months... but no these mfs selling you a crown, bridge and a grill for the price of your soul.... here's your treatment plan but my teeth not clean 🤣 ole money hungry 🤬🤬🤬 a total waste of space if you can't clean folks teeth need to be investigated I feel sorry for the elderly because surely they are robbing them blind and taking advantage!!!! NO STARS FROM ME
They are the worst! My daughter had to get dentures and so far they don't even know what they are doing! The center doesn't line up, and the top front goes straight up and doesn't even touch her gums so they are pushing her upper lip up and outand we paid for everything up front! We are getting the worst service ever! I'm about to get my lawyer involved!
Horrible, sketchy dental services! Very displeased. I will not be going back there.
Had a procedure done the other day. I was told they needed to pull some teeth. When asked I was just given a vague location, like oh it's on the left side. I was given the swab to numb my gums before the shot. I was swabbed then not told that the shot was coming. I was poked and I jumped and was yelled at for jumping. Worst dentists ever! Had to wait like an hour every time I went. The office is freezing. Messed up my bill and I got sent to collections! I tried getting it fixed multiple times. Received nothing but attitude, for their mistake. And my teeth are worse than when I started!!!
