Horrible scammers... price is NEVER what they initially tell you... unless you want to pay a lot more in the end, DO NOT use this place!!!
I had an appointment and didn't get seen within 50 minutes of that time. When I asked for a refund and for them to cancel my appointment, I was met with the excuse that there were too many walk ins and that they accidently deleted my appointment from their system earlier. Not even an apology or offer of a way to improve my experience. Also, the older woman receptionist made personal phone calls while I waited in their lobby and I know more about her medical history than I ever wanted to. Avoid this place.
Had my cavity filled very painful,, needed antibiotic the dentist was not able to prescribe, had to go elsewhere, to another dental office where dentist was qualified to prescribe one. not a full service dental office here in Dekalb.
Will never go back to this place. They told me i needed to pull all of my teeth. Went and got a second opinion, and what do you know! I don't! Just shows you how money hungry they are
My preferred pharmacy did not receive my prescription via e script. So I still do not have the solution to clean my wisdom tooth. There was no affordable solution to the pain I have from my wisdom tooth. I was only offered to get all four wisdom teeth removed at the same time. But I would have to put up a $200 deposit before I can even schedule a appointment. I'm a student. I can't afford that.
