How can you improve? Hire competent staff! First, I could book only an exam via phone; a cleaning would have to be booked "later." Then when I get to the office, I was asked to stay after my appointment for a cleaning. Well, that doesn't work spur-of-the-moment when you have a full time job! So, I had to make a second trip. At that appointment, I waited a full 30 minutes for the hygienist, who then explained that it was the doctor who caused the delay by starting their morning staff meeting late. Seriously? My 4 kids and my husband and I went here since they opened. My tooth, which theybrefentky filled, breaks today, so I called to set an appointment for emergency extraction and am placed on hold for 20 minutes by Brianna, then I am hung up on. I call back and am placed on hold for 15 more minutes, again by Brianna; then a new person picks up and says the other operator is now busy with a patient - I WAS A PATIENT, BUT I AM NOT A PATIENT ANYMORE AND NEITHER IS MY FAMILY! Had to wait over 20 minutes to get x rays. The cleaning wasn't bad. Appointment times are too close to gether.

I went in to make an appointment, the receptionist told me to have a seat for a few minutes, 25 minutes later I was still waiting. I got up to walk out and she didn't even stop me.

the receptionist in the deland office who handles phone calls is rude as hell, EXTREMELY unprofessional & needs to learn how to talk to people. i WILL be taking my business somewhere else

My first visit there was horrible. The dental hygienist was kind of rude and his cleaning was the most painful experience I've ever had at a dentist office. Felt like he was cutting into my gums the entire time. Not just a small pain here and there as I could tolerate that but the entire time. I can say, I've never had a painful experience getting my teeth cleaned before. I went again this week for my 6 month cleaning and requested never to have that hygienist again and had a much better experience. No pain at all.
