The pre-negotiated procedure of cleaning all tooth&gum @1sitting was very hectic and painful. The way of demanding and collecting the service charge prior to the service was impolite and annoying.There was no Pre and Post Instruction (medicines) of the procedure which continued for over an hour, non-stop, causing profious bleeding as I was on a blood thinner medicine prescribed by my cardiologist.The whole procedure/manner resulted in pain & fatigue and Frustration. I refused any subsequent appointment @ Aspen Dental.
