Visited this disorganized dental office. Waited 1 1/2 hours to be seen. One look at the dentist and I lost confidence. Went Wednesday and it is Saturday and still in pain with no call back from three different phone calls for help! I would not recommend this dental office at all!

If i could pick 0 i would they were charging me 500 dollars to take a wisdom tooth out and i went to another place and they pnly charging me 113 for 2 for 2

Aspen Dental provides horrible service along with horrible customer service. They charge way to much for their cleanings if you want to call it that. I think $260.00 is an exorbitant amount for hand scaling and polishing. They definitely pad their charges.

Compassion was lacking at this office when I went. I have been dealing over a month with impacted wisdom tooth pain trying to find an oral surgeon to extract. I was told their specialist could help me but only if I came in for an all over appointment. Fine I gave them my dental insurance, showed up, was poked prodded and put in more pain only for their office manager to take me in her office and tell me they didn’t take my insurance. The left hand and right had no clue what the other was doing. Their billing department is a mess. I asked for total price on all scheduled work. Through the whole process the kept tring to bill me for work already paid for. I told them I had paid for all in advance, they said oh you're right. I never recieved my permanent lowers as promised. Instead they wanted over 600.oo more. I walked out and now they bill me for 80.00 more. They will never get it. I will never use them or recommend them. All the personnel were very friendly. I had an appointment for having an impression taken for a partial and was promptly led into a dental room and seated in a dental chair. The apparently overworked staff were not able to get to me until I waited for about a half hour.

I would avoid this office at all costs! They cancelled an appointment my son made 6 months ago at the last minute. They TWICE overcharged my husband and took MONTHS to refund over $900 to us! We are still waiting for $$ they owe us despite multiple requests AND his new caps fell out 3 times in the first week they were put in! I think it's time to go elsewhere AFTER we get the overage $$ back !!!!
