told to be there at 2:30 for paper work, appointment at 3. Nobody there at 2:30 and was there for 2 and 1/2 hours. Lots of x-rays, the sitting for an hour, then a girl came in and told me this and that, then another hour of waiting. Then they put me in a room to talk to someone about financing something that I was going to pay for. I have two teeth that the fillings had come out and that was all I needed. Walked out and will not go back!!! This place is all about the money and that is all. I would go to a vet to have my teet... read more

Spent 2 hours waiting to see a dentist because they had to take so many pictures and send in the hygienist first. The dentist spent less than ten minutes with me and they then sent me to their office manager that quoted me an enormous amount for a root canal and crown. All in all it was s complete waste of my time. I do not recommend this place at all.

I’ve been to Aspen dental twice. Once about 6 months ago when a crown came off of one of my front teeth. The temporary crown they installed left a big Gap between my 2 front teeth. Then the 2nd time was yesterday. I went in with a chipped tooth. They again recommended a crown. About an hour after I left, the crown came off and I had to go BACK to have it re-seated. All in all, I’m not very impressed.

I came into the office today for my new patient exam and I never made it pass the front desk. I was told that since I had insurance that I couldn't receive any promotional deals that the business has running. WHAT?!? My husband sure did last year! So after telling Miss Chelsea at the front desk that my husband did, she basically told me that I was a liar because they aren't able to insert promotional codes in for patients with insurance. So........do you have to live off the government in order to receive help?? I brought in... read more

Aspen Dental: One of the most traumatic and miserable misadventures I've ever been on. 1. I have failing molars. I lost dental insurance last year and have put off my treatment/repair plan with my local dentist (unaffiliated with Aspen Dental). On Tuesday, Aug. 28, one of those molars (#31) broke after I ate. The pain and sensitivity were unbearable. (It was later confirmed I had root exposure.) Aspen Dental was recommended to me. I was told there were free or low-cost radiographs and exam and that an extraction of what litt... read more

I called to schedule a hygiene cleaning. I gave my insurance provider and asked to verify that the cleaning would be covered 100%. I waited for 1.5 hours before I was called back. This is my first visit with them. One person takes XRAYS. Then the hygienist comes in and explains the procedure and says the Dr will be in. Dr comes in and checks everything and says she will create a treatment plan. The hygienist comes back in and says she will take me up to talk with a financial advisor. I asked - am I not getting my teeth clean... read more

The staff was very friendly and professional. Enjoy that $19.00 initial visit. The care plan that they came up with for me was going to cost a whopping $15,000.00! You read that correctly-$15,000.00! I was flabbergasted! I'm afraid even with the nice professional staff, I will not be returning.
