I scheduled a root canal about 2 wks ago. The whole time while in the dentist chair neither one of the assistants and actual dentist knew or were prepared. After 3 plus hours I was told they could not do the root canal after half my tooth was already gone. Then they give me a xray of my tooth and tell me a specialist will contact me? This place is a complete scam. Got financed bc my husband was in pain from a broken tooth and had to finance for a specific price....has bn paying it on time and had it going down...until i decided to look and see our balance and it being more than it originally started!!! The staff was great but the sh*t they are pulling is ridiculous!! If we don't hear what we want to hear we will be making a complaint to the BBB...I won't be recommending anyone here!!

the care from the staff for the most part was fine the teeth look great but the only thing there good for is I can take a picture and my teeth look great. now for the problem they double billed me they received payment in full from dental first who I recommend for finance. then set billing when I talked to them about it they said they would refund the money paid to them that was meant for Dental First and clear the billing. for the first month I almost took a hit on my credit score because I thought my payment was made,and ... read more

I get there thinking I'm there for a check up and cleaning.... Will they tell me I only booked for a check up????? Who the hell goes to the dentist for a check up and not a cleaning??? Mind you I have one day off in eight days.... I spent my day off at the dentist for a check up only......😡😡😡😡😡😡 Communication at this place sucks ass

This place is another " dentist office " that will drain your insurance, along with your bank account. I went in after visiting three other dentist offices in the area. Wow! I had $4700.00 dollars worth of dental problems. The other three I went to gave estimates of $400.00 dollars or less before insurance. This is one of biggest scams I've encountered on all my undercover investigations. They will be permanently closed within a year. Get your files and cancel your appointments immediately!

I went there only because my insurance changed and the dentist was in my network. Not really knowing what to expect. I went for my 1st visit and consultation because I was due for my semi-annual cleaning with my usual dentist that I could not afford to see anymore because he was not in the UHC network. At first the visit went fine, nice and courteous people, and for the first time a lot of new x-rays which was to be expected.
