We went for general checkups and paid the full amount on our first visit but kept getting bills sent to our house claiming that we didn't pay it and after calling every time to clear it up, we were eventually sent to a collection agency and were forced to pay even more money than we paid the first time. Would not recommend to anyone. 0/10

Prices offered online aren’t even close to what they will show you at the end of your appointment. You make an appointment because you are in pain can’t eat and even if you could afford the outrageous prices for having a tooth pulled they can’t help you same day. So complete waste of time and now have to find somewhere that can help. Wasted time off work, wasted money to be seen, and all they want to push is Invisalign.

This aspen dental wanted to clean half of your mouth and make another appointment to clean the other side. This does not make any since.

No Help Just, Took My$19 Dollars! I didn't even get My Teeth Cleaned... They are only for People With Money! They Wasn't No Help That's bad I could of went to the health department to get my teeth cleaned for Free $144 Dollars is Ridiculous!!

They weren’t very welcoming. Saw the dentist for two mins. He didn’t seem to interested in helping or discussing what is wrong or how to fix it. He literally looked in my mouth and saw ok they will give u the price up front. Bye. They quoted $500 to have two teeth “surgically” removed. Got a 2nd opinion and both teeth were simple extractions for $160. I think they care more about the money then they did about my husbands care.

Be honest. Heart Patient Family member ended up in ER today with severe anxiety attack over a bill Aspen sent him that office told him UPFRONT BEFORE PROCEDURE twice that the procedures were covered because they DOUBLE checked. A business should be ethical and honest. This sounds more like a finance center front reading many other reviews..

Been trying for three days to get someone from the office to call about my husbands ins and was told each day I’d get a phone call back and as of now nothing
Waiting time to long. And they are to slow had to wait 45 minutes
