Horrible. They had no idea what they were doing. I will not be going back. My paper chart to the computer chart did not match. Money and credits were wrong. Misinformed people that should know what's going on. Since it is your teeth we are talking about. Go some where else.
I made annual 6 months appointment there for a regular cleaning and they try to tell me I owe then $85 which I need to remind you that I have dental insurance. I know for a regular cleaning, Any insurance plan should pay for anual cleaning. So I got mad at my insurance company thinking it was a piece of crap. Terrible advice given to me. I was not told the truth at my consultation. Dentists always seem to leave out the important information. The solution provided by the dentist is unacceptable and will require additional work and money spent to get what I was promised at the initial consultation. Do not recommend at all. Do not waste your time or money.
They do what they want to do and could careless about what you came for. Then give u a bill that's more then a brand new car
I went there to get my partial fixed cause I thought it was relatively fast.They set me up with free x-rays and a consultation with the doctor.I usually go to a well acclaimed dentist so I know the work I need done.When they told me what was all wrong I knew they were a bunch on quacks and only in it for the money.Don't ever go to the jerks,find a real dentist,not some franchise only in it for the money.
