Tiffany in office is rude. Wasn't clear on total costs. Couldnt get a word in conversation because she wouldn't shut up.

I was not going to post about this but as I thought about it more and more it really made me angry, I came to get fitted for a cap, I ended up leaving with my tooth filled and not fitted for a cap. Maybe you should not overbook appointments and give each client fair time, and not act like it's an assembly line, now instead I have to pay for 2 appointments for a cap that should have been done in one visit. not enough staff for how many people come thru the door
I haven't been to the dentist in years, so when I called they told me I'd be getting a comprehensive exam. I had no idea it included like 25+ x-rays of my mouth. I came to my appointment and they were very "behind" so I sat about an hour and a half before I asked if I could come back another day because I had a headache. When I made my appt, she asked Monday @9. I said no. I don’t make Monday appts. Tues at 9:30. For cleaning. “You need xrays”. Okay. dollar store dentists, no attention to detail, cold staff
I called for an emergency appointment and they got me in same day, however I waited there for an hour with nothing being done. The doctor finally looked at my tooth and said 2 had broken and I could schedule to come back at another time because I was overdue for a cleaning??? I explained that my regular office where my cleaning was scheduled was booked which was why I was there for the broken tooth.
