I am in need of a root canal...they can’t perform the procedure until 2/5. I am living on ice packs and Tylenol. I am in constant pain and can’t sleep. I’ve never experienced this type of care in my life. Once this is behind me I will return to private practice. Initially I thought this type of dentist office would be great with flexible hours, etc. not worth it in the end. Side note; dentist gave me penicillin initially; I’m allergic to penicillin
I contacted Aspen Dental about trying to get in for an emergency appointment because I had extreme gum and mouth pain that developed out of nowhere and was spreading and getting worse. They told me they could do x-rays and have a dentist evaluate and then come up with a treatment plan. They told me they had an opening for 1 pm and so I made the appointment. They have a contracted rate with my insurance companies. They have been paid and are trying to charge me. The woman that I just spoke to actually hung up on me. They are not just trying to charge me the difference between their full charge and the contracted rate, they are also trying to charge me for what my insurance company already paid. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general's office.
I had a four tooth bridge done in Sun City, Fl Aspen Dental in January 2013 . It was looked at by a dentist in Pennsylvania in August of 2013 who said that the bridge had failed. I didn't want to spend the money to have it redone at that time. Now one tooth has broken from it. I called Aspen Dental in Stroudsburg and they said I had to pay $81.00 to have it looked at and that they only cover bridges for 3-5 years. I went to the dentist with a 9am appt. I got there at 8:40 and didn’t get called until 10:20. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for the hygienist to do the measurements. After that was done I had to wait another 30 minutes for a referral which was done in 5 minutes. I went to inquire about the delay 2x and was finally called. I don’t know if this is normal or not. I am a new patient. I really do hope this is not normal or I will be looking for another dentist.

I used to be a customer but this people don’t know how to reach you !!! They send me to a collection agencie !!!! They don’t even bother on contact me !!! I don’t know if who ever is working on the billing department knows how to do the job ???? This is not the way to treat a client!!!!! They got all my info!!!! And not a single call or a bill to my address!!! This is unprofessional!!! It sucks !!! Be careful people so you don’t have the same problem I got !!! Very disappointed!!! Hire people that know what it’s doing!!!
Came in for a problem problem was not addressed. Complete lack of respect for my time. Currently looking for another dentist. These people are useless.
I called to get a rough estimate on an implant and was told around a thousand dollars, so I made a 9:30 am appointment, I wasn't taken back till 10:20 for a full set of X-rays which I didn't get cause I was only there for one tooth replacement, then I was put back in the waiting room for another 15 minutes, finally was taken back to a chair and waited another 15 minutes till a dentist comes and does a whole mouth exam, so I ask when is the oral surgeon going to tell me about the implant and was told he's not here till tomorr... read more
I went to this office to have a simple lower denture repaired. I had been assured, by phone, that they indeed repaired dentures. A doctor/technician immediately tried removing my upper denture and I assured him that I was not having any other dental problems and just needed my lower denture repaired. He then informed me I would need X-rays of my implants upon which my lower denture attached.
