About 3 years ago, I popped into this location for an exam. The dentist told me I had THIRTEEN cavities. It had been a while since my last exam, but I take pretty great care of my teeth, so that was super shocking to hear. I was also told I had periodontal disease and needed a special cleaning. I let them perform the cleaning to the tune of $500. Because I was scared, because they purposely scared me. I had 2 new patient appointments. When I got there the system was down. Mind u they should have had a hard copy of schedule and went through to call the patients if they could not be seen. I took my daughter out of school and they were not able to see her mind u this is the 2nd time they have done this to me. Then would not give me a note for school because system was done. Very poor management.

I went for a tooth extraction back in October. For some reason they did not extract that day they told me to come back the next day. I paid 153.00 w my insurance for the extraction. With that the dentist says oh you may need a bone graph if you ever want to replace the tooth I said ok and paid another 704.50 . Go there the next morning for the extraction n bone graph the dentist this day says oh you don't need a bone graph you'll never replace the tooth as it's in the back. I had been seen previously for an assessment of a possible dental implant, for which these folks wanted over $8000. I declined the procedure. Today I called and asked if I could be seen for a 6 month check-up and cleaning. The woman who answered the phone said that they couldn't schedule me for such an appointment until I had a full assessment ... which they apparently use to say to you something like, "We can't do this until we do that".
