Recommendedmy mom had an appointment today, well her experience was great. first the receptionist was very friendly then her da Tina was amazing her and hyg Connie calmed her and talk her thru not being afraid then Dr. Matthews was exceptionally wonderful at calming and explaining everything to my mom last da Ashley was just as amazing they all did an amazing job with my mom today was very pleased.

I would not suggest choosing this dentist if you have a job or any responsibility that may keep you from answering a phone call. Apparently if they don't get a hold of you the one time they call, they will take you off the schedule without notifying you and will not work with you when you show up for your appointment. In fact, you will still get a text message that same day with your appointment time that they will not keep. The lack of communication is atrocious and the lady at the desk was much less than pleasant.

On the day of my first-ever appointment reception failed to check me in properly. Was then an hour and a half wait before they saw me. This first-time appointment took around 30-45 minutes. The billing staff gave me different information depending on who was talked to at the time. In the office with the reception staff, I made a payment however that is not reflected on my billing summary. I went into this office multiple times for questions because of this. PSA: if you looking for a dentist steer clear from Aspen Dental in Enterprise AL. In October of last year I had 5 teeth causing me extreme pain not realizing that Alabama doesn't have emergency dentist I ended up in urgent care. BTW Aspen advertises 24/7 care and same day appts. But they don't actually do that. Urgent care could only take the edge off for 10 days. So I need up on Aspens doorstep at 6 am cause they opened at 8 am and only took one walk in a day. I would strongly suggest NOT wasting your time and money with Aspen dental! Numerous email confirmations Numerous text confirmations Verbal confirmations And yet they canceled my appointment while I was in the office for my scheduled appointment because they require yet a 24-hour verbal notice. Not everyone has the opportunity to use personal cell phones at work and will return calls as they can. To not give Aspen dental an immediate response, they cancel you!.
I had my top denture relined on 1-17-22. There is a spot that is rubbing my gum and they said they could not see me until 02-02-22. I have to live with the pain for almost two weeks because they are too busy to see me.
