I confirmed my appointment by email but was told when I showed up that they needed voice confirmation. I called and talked to customer service who called the office and still nothing was done. No where in the email did it state they needed me to call nor did the lady who scheduled my appointment say anything about that. When you call the number it says schedule online?? Very disappointed.
They are all respectful and caring to there clients. Dr. Trice is amazing
I love the staff. I walked in with mouth pain and had a deep clean too. already set up my next appointments. I will finally will get my smile back. first time in 20 years I can smile.

They are extremely expensive and got thin cheap dentures for the prices, I just got my dentures re lined today and they still don’t fit right and top one hurts the top of my mouth and both top and bottom is still too lose not to use the adhesive when they should fit right, without the adhesive, I’m very disappointed ☹️ They kept my teeth all day and was supposed to call me and didn’t, almost caused me to wreck, On top of all this, I’m still paying every month until April 2020, they wasn’t satisfied with what my Insurance p... read more
Take care of what is causimg pain and stop trying to upsale. When a person is in pain, there is no waythey can think of long term dental care reasonably and objectively. Help with what ails an individual and that is a bigger sales pitch. This tactic is what left me in pain and taking my business elsewhere.
Scheduled my wife for 1pm, and told us to come in 15 minutes early for paperwork. That's typical, no problem there. But, when it's been an hour after than and there are still many people with 1pm appointments not being seen because NO ONE RETURNS FROM LUNCH UNTIL 1:30pm, it's time to find another dentist who knows the value of a patient's time..
Had a temporary tooth put in on Fri. the 12th, only to have a piece chip off on Sat. and the rest of it completely come out today after spending 1 hour and a half in the chair on fri.
