My friends and conworkers told me to go here, said they are cheaper and will help you and all this jazz. Staff is awesome, the people are really great but I think it’s more profit then anything else, all this crazy shit they wanted to do and told me I have gingivitis and all and need to scale and clean etc. My job has great dental care so after everything said and done was $1500+more for just the cleaning and the fancy toothbrush they threw in there for like $300.00. ive learned that it depends on which facility you visit. my visit to dothan clinic was terrible. dr had a bad bedside manner, they lack customer service. they are rude and have no compassion. i was treated horribly it gave me a bad vibe for aspen altogether. but i knew several people who visited the enterprise clinic and decided to give it a try. its like 2 different worlds!! at aspen enterprise, i was immediately welcomed. they updated me on my wait and checked on me. i have bad dental anxiety but the way they talk to you l... read more

The people in this office are extremely RUDE and uncaring! I sat there after driving an hour and a half with a broken tooth in excruciating pain and was told nothing could be done because they close at 4! So NO I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS TO ANYONE EVER!!!!!!! THEY NEED A NEW RECEPTIONIST! Just plain rude!!! I thought y’all took emergencies and walk-ins I had an appointment!!! My appointment was at 8am and I was the 3rd person there. The staff took many others before me and even people that had 830am appointments were before me. I was there for 2 hours! I asked about an orthodontist referral and never got a name. As I was being checked out the girl said in order for her to schedule my teeth cleaning I had to pay more than half of the cost up front! She said it was $169.00!!! I can go back to my previous dentist and a cleaning only costs $75.00!

If you go here... call for your appointments!!! Friend was scheduled for oral surgery and was told to be here at 7:15 AM... office doesn’t open until 8 AM!! Follow up appointment was “auto-scheduled” for 12:30 PM... office lunch HOUR is 12 PM to 1 PM...!!!!! How the hell do you schedule a patient for oral surgery follow up DURING YOUR LUNCH HOUR?!?!? Like no one has anything better to do than wait around?!?

My finance came in today with half his face swollen. There’s a sign out front that says “emergencies and walk ins welcome.” He went in as a walk in due to the fact that he woke up swollen and in pain and he couldn’t predict anything like this to happen. He was told he had to wait to see if the 2:00 apt showed up with 15 min courtesy and worse case he could come in on the 8th which was two weeks away. Not impressed.
