my wife went in today to have a tooth extraction and they give me a price on it over the phone and when we got there they went up on it $37 then after Dr Yang pulled the tooth he give her a $23 dollar bottle of ibuprofen and now it ended up costing me a days worth of work and $187.20 plus $23 dollar bottle of ibuprofen and my wife is in extreme pain so I am going to say Aspen dental overall horrible experience

I had called before I showed up to let them know why I was coming in and that I was pregnant. I got a technician that wasn’t familiar with how to do the x Ray or put a mouth piece in my mouth! 😒Then, after I asked what the plan was they had to clear it with a office manger to “help me for the reason I came in”. As if they didn’t know what was going on. 🤔Lastly, the actual dentist finally comes in after almost an hour of waiting to see her and with the x rays in front of her can not tell I have had an implant! Have a bit of concern for the wants and need of clients! Aspen Dental of Enterprise refused to make a partial for me...Wanted to remove the teeth I have and make a full lower denture,.

went in for a check up....took 2 hours! felt like I was being sold the whole time. also I had to ask why I felt something on the back of my tooth and the dentist poked around but did not seem to concern with it. I get home and eat a chip and boom my whole tooth falls out! The one I asked about and she poked around with. I think she cracked my tooth! needless to say I did not go back to get the work done. Now I have tons of $$$$ i have to spend to get it fixed! I do not recommend this office as ALL!!
