I felt like I was at a car dealership being pushed into buying more than I needed.
They made me wait a hour before I could get in. Then once I had my X-ray done. I had to wait another hour before the dentist came in. I was there for three hours. It should have taken only a hour for the whole X-ray and examine. My time is important also. They need to hire some more doctors and less chatting. Some of the help seemed very unhappy. There was one helper that was very unprofessional and seemed mad. It seems like there was a lot of confusion.
The worst business ever. Called to schedule an appointment for an extraction, got it for 12 left work, sat though the painful xrays, dental health exam also painful, then told to sit in the waiting room. After a half hour of waiting I was called back to review my dental health papers. I asked if we could just do the extraction and I was laughed at and told no. Sorry we closed at 1. This office ruined my front four teeth and then refused to give me the funds necessary to fix their mistake . They gave me 1,100 to fix a 6,000 mistake . I wrote to the President of the company numerous times to even get that . I now have a wonderful dentist who knows what he is doing . I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU THINK TWICE before letting this office do ANY work in your mouth !!! They do not care about the patients , I gave them NUMEROUS chances and begged them to do the right thing. Worst experience at a dentist EVER. Still have not had my tooth extracted, paid up front for it to be done though..... these people don't care about their patients
