Was more than thrilled in the beginning...the outcome has been a bummer that has cost me a LOT of money. The Management staff is super. Best to say no more.

Over all it wasn't bad but I did have to wait about 30 minutes for the Dr and the assistant wasn't good at all. I had to ask for a paper towel before I left to clean up the blood around my mouth which sucked. Also the payment lady that was the receptionist also was just plain unpleasant to deal with.

Waste of time. Stay away. Being half an hour early as a courtesy to them knowing i had to fill out paperwork. I was made to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time (apparently as I found out later, because they only have ONE dentist for the whole dental office), I was told that I would not be getting a cleaning, but had to make a second appointment and waste another day. The worst part??? They do not/would not accept xrays from previous dentist no matter how recent they are...making you pay for new xrays....again. The denta... read more

Poor customer service! I am not going back to finish up the dental plan that they set up. People wander off to see other patients in middle of mine, for extended periods, after waiting longer than necessary after scheduled appt. times. No calls when appointments were cancelled by them, causing me to leave work early, unnecessarily. And again for rescheduled time. BEWARE OF THE FINANCING THAT THEY PUSH FOR HIGHER PRICED THINGS.....YOUR INSURANCE (HSA) IS VERY UNLIKELY TO COVER IT, DUE TO IT ESSENTIALLY BEING A REGULAR CREDIT ... read more

Though I got a quick apt I was less than satisfied with the Epping office. I went in as a new patient with a broken front tooth, I was called in and told they were going to do a new patient exam, xrays, cleaning, visit with dentist. I said right now I just needed the tooth fixed as my usual dentist was on vacation. The dentist looked at the damage and I was told I needed a cap and the cost was $733 after insurance claim! I love the staff that travelled from Bedford. The normal staff in epping really needs work in customer service. I will take the Bedford staff any day. Unfortunately they are specialist and I might not get to see them again.
