I normally wouldn't take the time to write a review; but I think it pertinent for my fellow citizens to do so in this case. This office is the most impolite rude incompente bunch I've ever encountered, and my standards are pretty low. My appointment was not scheduled; the Xray Tech was not knowledgable, and the dentist tried to sell me a treatment that was unneccessary. Needed two difficult teeth extracted, and had the worst experience of my life here. The woman who worked on me was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wasn't given enough anesthetic, and felt nearly everything. She refused to numb me more, and repeatedly made rude comments throughout the procedure, even when I was hysterically crying in pain. The cleaning and the young woman who did the job were fantastic,The issue is when I went to leave I was told I owed 96 dollars.{My insurance gives me 2 free cleanings a year}Then she changed it to 23dollars for the visit.That is still a mistake.I do think I should have a 23 dollar credit on file.
I made an appointment for a exam and then also a procedure to have my front tooth which was chipped fixed. After the professionalism of both the xray tech and the hygienist I was seen by the dentist. In previous appointments my chipped tooth was filled and I was on my way...this time I was told my chipped tooth needed to be crowned and the dentist was too busy to complete during my scheduled visit. Aside from the hygienist I walked out feeling like I had a very unprofessional experience. I did not feel like they truly cared but rather tried to see how much money they could get. They told me I needed 2 crowns and we're unwilling to talk about other options. I got a second opinion and thank god because turns out I don't need a crown, nevermind 2, afterall! I've had issues every time I try to schedule appointments at this location. I will be switching dentists after this experience and find a small practice. I haven't had any issues with the actual dentist but with the scheduling. They wouldn't let me book a cleaning without another $210 consultation even though I'm already a patient so I then just made appointments for my two children and took them both out of school to find out they only made the appointment for one child and would not fix their mistake so now I have one chil... read more
The main reason I went to Aspen Dental was their promise to be quick efficient and to save me money. They did get me in quickly, but upon diagnoses the cost was the same as any other dentist, I guess the savings is in the free exam and x-rays.
Was more than thrilled in the beginning...the outcome has been a bummer that has cost me a LOT of money. The Management staff is super. Best to say no more.
