I suffer from extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr. Kim and his staff are patient and caring. They took the time to explain every part of the procedures to me. I will definitely be returning for this reason.

Business response:

I'm happy to hear that, Courtney. Thanks for sharing! - Dawn, ADMI

Hello Dr. Park My name is Tara Sponsel. I came in to the office at Epping nh. I cracked hairline cracked my front tooth back in August. The dentist that was available actually extracted my tooth instead of keeping it for a crown which was the first intention. Her fault. I am unable to have titanium place in my bone line. The alternative at this point was to have a partial placed and no longer have her as a dentist. Anyways your billing department has changed so many hands since this time. Jamie was the original billing p... read more

Cleanings are supposed to be free with insurance and I got told I needed to pay for both the cleaning and deep cleansing, scaling for $233 today, 5 days before Christmas and was already waiting 35 minutes to be seen! Had to pay the whole thing in order to be seen today!! Appointment was scheduled for 5:00, witted until 5:30 to check out before my approved started! They wasted my time by leaving my work early and wasted time sitting around waiting for them to bill me without even being seen! Walked out and said “I won’t be ba... read more

WARNING: Long Story At first I was supper thankful for the speed in which they seemed to be able to see me. I had had half of a tooth fall out (the roots still in my mouth) that had previously been root canaled (I happen to be 5 weeks pregnant and couldn't risk getting an infection). I had called previously and thoroughly explained my situation, and was told my examination would be "free of charge." The nurse led me into the dentist office and again I explained my situation. I then waited forty minutes for the Doc to arrive ... read more

My mother was treated by Aspen Dental in Epping for a partial dental plate. She was given the option of a partial plate, or having all of her teeth extracted and a full plate. Due to the cost, she opted for the partial plate, at $885.00. After the work was completed and paid for, she was told that the plate she received is a temporary plate, and it would need to be replaced in 6 months with either a permanent partial or full plate, at an additional expense. The partial plate she received has a big white replacement tooth... read more

I got an appointment the same day that I called to schedule one. The staff was wonderful and I have already recommended the Epping office to a coworker. It was a very positive experience.

Very happy with the staff. Confused about pricing. Website says extraction for $129.00, I was charged $389.00. $89.00 for e am, $31.00 for an cray brewing (I didn't have one) and $275.00 for the extraction. Dentist was professional and attentive to my comfort but seems like too costly.

Business response:

I am sorry about any confusion, Larry. If you contact the office directly, they will be happy to explain the breakdown of cost. Thank you for the kind words, we aprpeciate them! -- Kelsey, ADMI

My appointment was originally scheduled for 3/20 but I was sick and called to re-schedule. My appointment was re-scheduled to 09:00 on 3/26. Instead of a reminder for my new appointment I received several "We missed seeing you" emails so at 08:00 on 3/26 I called to confirm that I had in fact got an appointment. I was told that I had not but that fortuitously, there was an opening at 09:00 I arrived on time but was kept waiting for 15 minutes after which I was told that I had arrived without an appointment and could not be s... read more
