The people at Aspen, Epping, NH we're excellent. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. They were very knowledgeable and caring. Like many, I'm not a big fan of the dentist, but the people at Aspen put me right at ease. I was called in right away and they let me know everything they were doing. Office Manager followed up and explained treatment plan. I felt all the staff was with me every step of the way. Thanks Aspen!

I started out by calling the 800 number to aspen the woman on the phone was VERY pleasant funny and friendly, she searched 5 locations for the soonest appointment and found me one that day in Rochester NH but I was to far away to take the appointment and I ended up getting a appointment the next day in Epping. I grew up in the error of going to the dentist was a very painful experience even a cleaning. I have never felt like that with Aspem. I've had cleanings, scaling an extraction fitted for a partial plate that had to be re done as the 1st one would not adjust and am now going through a new medical problem that affects my mouth. The hygienist technicians and dentist have always been helpful gentle. I started in Portsmouth am in Epping now front end staff polite so I return.
My 1st visit. I was very pleased. The staff are most helpful. I have a second appointment on the 28th. Thanks for a pleasant experience. Jan
They were running very late for my first visit but once I got in everyone was very efficient at their given job. The staff was friendly, apologetic for the long wait and very helpful with payment info. Minimum visits and maximum results is what I am looking for and I think they can pull it off. They said the wait was unusual so the next appt. will tell!

Appointment for scheduled cleaning at the Epping, NH office. Enjoyed the pleasant company of a Dental Assistant new to this office, but very obviously well experienced in the practice.
