I went to Aspen Dental today and everyone there took great care of me and was very concerned about my situation. I had an implant in my very front tooth and the crown had broke off, leaving me without a front tooth completely. Going to Aspen Dental on Green River Rd. was an all around great experience. Dr. Renaker was very gentle I had a tooth removed and It didn't hurt a bit. Chip Daly, Sara Lloyd and the the staff of Aspen Dental, were professional, friendly and were very accommodating!! They had to squeeze me in and I didn't have to wait at all. All in all the experience at Aspen Dental (Green River Rd.) was awesome. I will be sure and tell my friends and family about the excellent job they did!
I want to give a shoutout to Chip at Aspen Dental on Green River Road in Evansville , IN. He was very patient with me, listened to my "suggestions" and had my adjustment done to fit very well. Thanks, Chip.

RecommendedJust curious as to why I am unable to call and speak with someone at the front desk. It doesn’t ring when pressing option 2. Just says that we are unable to answer your call. A little aggravating to say the least!
This rating concerns only the Aspen Dental on N. Green River Rd., Evansville, IN. In my experience, they were unprofessional, did not return phone calls, canceled appointments multiple times, and changed their hours frequently. I was also given a hostile response when I confronted them. Despite paying for my treatment upfront, I was dismissed without a refund. I never like leaving negative reviews but this has got to be one of the worst businesses in Evansville. A month ago, I left a more detailed review on Google describing my experience (attached pictures), and am now leaving one here too because my issues are still unresolved.
