Went in last week with a major infection and pain. They called in antibiotics. Taken the last of the Medication and still had some swelling and pain. Called to see about getting more medication about 10:00 am. Said they would call me back. Had not heard from them by 3:00 so I called. Closed, not open again until Monday. Suppose to have tooth removed next week. We shall see how this goes. When Dr. Harper was there this would never have happened!!!
I absolutely adore dr. Harper but he is no longer there. I had a 1:00 appointment they didn't take me back until 2:40. I can understand things happening and time getting by but not everything that happened. While I waited and waited in my room the dental hygienist turns up and wants to poke and probe my gums for no apparent reason. I told them they couldn't do that because I had joint replacements and I have to take antibiotics which they offered me amoxicillin. Dr. Harper has been my dentist for several years now, and I was sad to learn he was no longer there. EVERYTHING has changed and I won’t be going back. Jordan, the young girl at the front desk was very rude. Also, I was not impressed with Dr. Kiefer at all. If you were one of Dr. Harper’s patients I’d be looking for a new dentist.
Be aware now that Dr Harper is gone, they are screwing over his current patients. After I pay them 700 bucks now they can't fix my dentures that they made. All I get is a tough shit response. I'm pretty sure I'll have to get a lawyer to recoup any of my losses.
Worst place I have ever been. Needed surgery for an abscess while I was pregnant and not only did they set up the surgery but they wasted my whole Saturday sitting in their office with a huge abscess on my jaw to tell me a lie. They said they never received an ok from my obstetrician which my obstetrician showed me the fax and the confirmation that this was untrue. So I was sent home with no surgery, no antibiotic, no pain meds. I asked for my money back that I had already paid for the surgery and they told me that was fine ... read more
I am terrified of dentist, but I had a wonderful experience and will be going back soon for my root canal. All ththe people in the office were so nice. This is a great place to go, its changed my mind about dentist
Friendly and professional dentist and support staff. The billing however is less desirable and "management" isn't very responsive to customer concerns. Unfortunate.....
The office staff was very efficient and friendly! Dr Harper was very gentle and kind, he is an excellent dentist. All in all I was treated extremely well!
My first appointment was great. The Dentist was friendly and explained every step of my procedure. The finance department worked with me and I was so surprised at how simple and easy it all was! Thank you. I am looking so forward to getting the work done now!
