Worst experience I have ever been through. They may have gotten me in the same day and it was a free visit because they didn’t take my insurance. But they didn’t get that I was in a lot of pain during X-rays. I couldn’t bite down at all. The nurse kept asking if I was ok because I was crying uncontrollably. She kept saying we need to get this done. They were not sympathetic at all. She kept trying to force the thing in my mouth while I was crying. scheduled an appointment gave me 3 numbing shots and then refused to pull my teeth
They booked my appointment on Monday, 7/26, for Wednesday, 7/28. I was told they didn't show me having an appointment when I arrived. They finally agreed to "fit me in." Then, they took additional x-rays even though they had when I was there on 7/26. The doctor opened with "how long has your tooth been bothering you" even though I repeatedly had told them I had no pain. Must be a miracle to reach your office via phone. Some days I call and call and call and never get an answer back. I paid good money to have your services, and so far I am not getting any service.
don't go there they charged me $6000. on my care credit card an did only $178.00 worth of work. dont go not upfront about charges....
I’m sorry, but when you make an appointment and get there before time, and still I called in 3 times to tell them my husband was here for his 7am appt and it was 7:20 on my (last call) and they said they were getting the room ready! They open at 7am on Wednesday! My time is valuable too. Maybe the staff should of gotten the room ready before 7am to take the patient at his appt at 7am. RecommendedI went in for a cleaning. My husband, a veteran, went in for the removal of a bad tooth. We left without either and prospective bills for over 5000.00. They wouldn't remove his tooth even though it was abscessed. We live over 80 miles away and we had to return to get his tooth pulled. For him to get dentures was going to be several more appts. Had an emergency appointment because I had swelling and pain in my jaw. The office was really up in arms about the Covid 19; I totally understand. But you don’t have to be disrespectful. Was disappointed with the whole visit with the way the staff handled me. Will not return.
