Called due to wife in pain. They assured that they could help. Showed up, no dentist there, no infection or pain management. Wanted to to do consultations and schedule a date when the dentist would be there. Infection and pain management done by personal physician. Ended up going to dentist and paying cash. Sad part is I’m paying for dental insurance but will not use it as Aspen Dental is the only authorized provider. I used this place six years ago and was very pleased. No more.
This place has been the worst for crown replacement! I had a temporary crown put in n then I was given temporary glue that has held up as well as Elmer’s glue!! I have lost count of how many I have had to ‘glue’ this temporary in! I have gone to their office and then they sent me home with temporary glue (should have been a clue I know)They never warned me as to how crappy their temporary glue is and how many times I would have to do this. I called to get 2nd opinion on a 3 piece bridge - went in for exam and was given a quote by finance manager there at Aspen of $978 after my dental insurance was paid - he said this all in exciting voice and telling me things like "wasn't I glad I came there etc"! I started getting statements that I owed an additional $2066.00 - I called numerous times and kept getting told the wrong codes were put in so when insurance fixed, I owed a lot more. I have been going to Aspen Dental for 10 Yrs. Dr. Harper was FANTASTIC! Dr Harper has now left and the entire staff is complete;y new. I visited today, waited 1 hour then went back to get an exray for no reason. Waited another 30 min when I was told the Dentist did not have time to glue my crown back in place a 5 min job! This office is totally mis-managed now. I will not return!
I have been happy with service up until yesterday.. I have a dental plan that pays 50 % on visits is the only reason I tried Aspen.. The Dentist and hygienist have left that I had been seeing .. and they never before gave me an ultimatum on cleaning my teeth...yesrerday after my cleaning and x rays I was told if I did not have $700. This place only cares about how much money they can stick you for. Wouldn't even consider helping me with a filling unless I committed to a hygiene regimen that was extremely costly. Provided financing which almost doubled the$5000 price. Very dissatisfied
This was my first visit, everything was fine. They could use more seats in the waiting room. There's room for 10 or more chairs.
Aspen Dental Patents beware: I have visited the Evansville Greenriver Rd office for 7 yrs now with ok service until this week. I paid for my Exam, Xray and Cleaning $222 upfront, they found things to fill that required two follow-up visits (fillings) around $850 and rescheduled me to come in next year for visit. Same stuff for $224. Here is issue I paid the $222 befor I walked in, as I was leaving they asked for another $1074 before they would schedule any more work! That is pre-paying everything for a year!
