Great customer service. Dr. Lloyd provided gentle care. I would recommend them to anyone. I loved the flexible hours.
I did not have high expectations. I mean, this is the dentist and a franchise to boot. My truly wonderful experience started at the front desk and progressed throughout. These people could not be any kinder. Not just nice, but KIND. I got the feeling that they really do care and take a personal interest in their patients. I have a choice of who I go to, and I will be going back to Aspen Dental in Fairlawn.

Had the pleasure of meeting Dr Lloyd and the rest of the staff including the dental hygienist they did a great job got me all num up and didn't hurt me ( especially with my fear of dentist ). Staff itself they were all good thank you I'll be back and recommend this service to anyone looking for dental office
