Never have I had a better experience at a dentist. Could not be any happier.
Everyone was very nice at Aspen Dental. But getting exrays really hurt. They need to find somehow to do them that doesn't hurt so bad.
I made an appt on 9/5. Had a tooth extracted. I’m highly anxious when it comes to dental work. The dentist and his staff were very nice. On 9/7 I began to feel sever pain. No Advil or Tylenol would even take the edge off. I seriously wanted to pull my hair out it hurt so bad. I did a little googling and I believe I have dry socket. The doctor who extracted my tooth was kind and gentle. He was sympathetic to my fear of dentists. However, at a follow up visit, after being in pain for four days, that doctor (didn’t bother introducing himself) was arrogant and, whatever he did (he didn’t bother explaining) brought me to tears, said I would be fine and hurried me out the door. I am so upset. They also didn’t listen to what I wanted and tried to talk me into another plan of action. I am discouraged and still fear the dentists office.

Waited for an hour past my appointment time and then once I got back one of the ladies made me feel really horribly about my teeth/gums at my very first appointment. It was overall a really bad experience and this was after I had explained to them that I hadn’t been to a dentist because of a bad previous experience at another office.

you can look at my page at my mother's face it is uncalled for what has been done to her. top tooth pulled and it's been a week. she is in pain and she slurs. this is unnecessary roughness.

I made an appointment with Aspen Dental for today at 9 am earlier this week, had a confirmation email and everything! I walk in for my appointment and the receptionist sitting there with a head full of lice tells me I have no appointment and I can’t be seen. I continue to tell her I have the confirmation and I did make the appointment and she just tells me I can’t be seen and have a good day. Won’t be going back!

I am gonna just say this-I sat in one chair or another for 6 hours and my issues were still!! Untreated and had I got issues treated the cost was astronomical with payments x 48 mos
