The dentist and assistants were lovely! The receptionists suck! Don't greet you make you stand there at the desk I seen a customer come in sit then leave. Took a client in today and as we was leaving the same receptionist stands right by the door talking to the other girl receptionist and knows I'm struggling to open the door to get the wheelchair threw and continues to stand there inches away without even offering to open the door! ��Rude shouldn't have that kind of job of you don't have customer service skills!

Do not use their financing option, the payment plan thing! The company they use tanked my account because they started double charging, and not the 98$ agreed upon either- 400$ ! At a time! I had to change cards and cancel that one, just so I can pay bills. Because I refuse to let them drain me dry, they harras me day and night and reported me to a collection agency, which has now put my credit score in the 300 range. In July 2016 I had 13 teeth pulled very infected I had a stroke a week later horrible experence they are trying to charge me 4774.00 for pulling the teeth and 2 set's of dentures. I can't even wear the 1st set they look like horse teeth and fall out of my mouth. I went to another dentist and he said Aspen should have sent me to an oral surgeon. The staff at both offices here are wonderful and it's been a pleasure to work with them! The last last two staff members had to stay with me until 7 PM (an hour late) last night. They have great patient rapport. Kudoes to them. They NEVER complain!!
The Dentist and the staff was a refreshing experience. Very friendly and the work they did was professional in every way possible. Nothing but two thumbs up!!
Very thorough. Very friendly. Pricier then I had expected in my wildest dream but I went with Aspen. You get what you pay for so I'm doing it in sections. They work with you in anyway comfortable for you. So it's going to be a process. That God for dental insurance though I don't believe for a minute I will be sorry.
